Sales
While we are under construction, the sales department at LaFontaine Ford Grand Rapids remains fully operational. For your convenience, we have temporarily relocated our sales team to spacious trailers situated on the south side of the dealership property. To access our sales services, please enter the dealership through the South Alpine Ave entrance - Look for the big Ford sign! Despite the temporary setup, we are committed to providing you with the same exceptional sales experience you’ve come to expect.
Service & Parts
During our construction, the Service & Parts departments at LaFontaine Ford Grand Rapids continue to operate smoothly. Please use the entrance on Old Orchard Dr NW to access these services. We have placed detailed signage throughout the area to ensure you can easily find your way. We have set up a customer lounge trailer on the North side of the dealership for your comfort while you wait. Despite the changes, we are dedicated to delivering the high-quality service you expect and are here to assist with all your automotive needs.
